Seaweed Foraging Workshop with Jennifer Hahn
Gather at the Otto Preserve for an in-person workshop with Jennifer Hahn for an introduction to foraging, then move to a Lummi Island low-tide beach walk for seaweed identification. The walk will be followed by cooking demos and sampling! Please register below, there is a limit of 20 participants. Be prepared for uneven ground and slippery surfaces. Details to be emailed to registrants as planning unfolds! If slippery surfaces give you pause, Jennifer will review many of the topics as well and bring culinary samples to her evening lecture.
